- Hawaiian Luau: Kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, sticky rice, Asian blend of vegetables, tropical fruit platter, sweet rolls and spinach salad with pineapple vinaigrette.
- South of the Border: Fresh made warm tortillas seasoned chicken and steak sauteed with onions and assorted peppers, black beans, Spanish cilantro rice, sour cream, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, fresh salsa, fruit platter and a California garden side salad.
